Students in Kindergarten through fourth grade are researching various topics while in the library. Students in kindergarten and first grade are studying animals, second graders are researching cycles (water and animal), third graders are looking at weather and simple machines, and students in grade 4 are investigating plants. Take a look at the pictures above to see snapshots of their hard work!
This week, students searched for non-fiction features (table of contents, maps, keywords, diagrams, labels, and photographs) in informational texts. Students also used the iPads in preparation for their upcoming library research projects.
